What we process

• Visitors: no accounts, no tracking cookies. One functional cookie (ag) remembers your age confirmation for a year. Server logs keep request metadata without IP addresses or identifiers for 14 days.
• Registered users: e-mail address (login links and receipts), passkeys you create, subscription status. Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record; we never see card details.
• Security records: pseudonymous (hashed) identifiers in an audit log for 13 months (authentication) or as long as tax law requires (billing, 7 years).

Contract (accounts, subscriptions), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention), legal obligation (billing records).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection under the GDPR. Delete your account from the account page or write to privacy@tipsterday.com. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Processors and transfers

Hosting and delivery (EU region), database (EU region), e-mail delivery, payments, error monitoring (EU region). Data stays in the EU except where a processor's own terms state otherwise; standard contractual clauses apply.
